Welcome to BrightOak

A Letter From Our Founder

Dear Provider, Thank you for taking the time to learn more about BrightOak and our Clinic Partnership Program. As a Registered Nurse with nearly two decades of experience in women's health, I have had the privilege of caring for thousands of patients throughout some of the most meaningful moments of their lives. While that experience has been incredibly rewarding, my own fertility journey gave me an entirely new perspective on what patients truly need outside the walls of the clinic. Like many fertility patients, I found myself leaving appointments with medications, instructions, and hope—but also with fear, uncertainty, and questions that often surfaced after I returned home. The injections were intimidating, the schedules were overwhelming, and despite receiving excellent care from my clinic, I realized there was a gap between the care patients receive during appointments and the support they need at home. That realization became the foundation for BrightOak. BrightOak was created to provide compassionate, professional fertility nursing support that extends your care beyond the clinic. Our mission is not to replace your team, but to strengthen it by supporting patients where they need it most. Through our partnerships with fertility clinics, we provide professional in-home fertility nursing services, medication education, and patient support while allowing your providers and nurses to remain focused on delivering exceptional medical care. Our goal is simple: To make fertility treatment feel less overwhelming, more supported, and more personal for every patient. We understand that every clinic operates differently. That's why our partnership program is designed to be flexible, requiring little to no additional work from your staff while allowing you to choose the partnership model that best fits your practice. Whether you simply want a trusted referral resource or a more integrated partnership, we are honored to work alongside you in supporting your patients through one of the most emotional and important journeys of their lives. Thank you for considering BrightOak as an extension of your care team. Together, we can help patients feel more confident, more supported, and never alone in their fertility journey. Warmly, Britani Dickinson, RN Founder, BrightOak

Chapter 2

The Gap Between Clinic Visits

Fertility Treatment Doesn’t End When the Appointment Does

Fertility clinics provide exceptional medical care. Patients receive comprehensive evaluations, personalized treatment plans, advanced reproductive technologies, and ongoing monitoring from highly trained physicians, nurses, embryologists, and clinical staff. However, much of a patient's fertility journey happens outside the clinic. Once a patient leaves an appointment, they are often responsible for managing complex medication schedules, administering injections, remembering instructions, coordinating appointments, and navigating one of the most emotionally challenging experiences of their lives. For many patients, this is where uncertainty begins. Questions arise after the office has closed. Medication instructions become overwhelming. Injection anxiety sets in. Partners become nervous about giving injections. Families begin searching online for answers. Despite receiving excellent clinical care, many patients still feel alone once they return home. This is not because clinics are failing patients. It is simply because fertility treatment extends far beyond the walls of the clinic. BrightOak was created to bridge that gap.

The Fertility Journey Extends Beyond the Clinic

A fertility patient's experience includes far more than office visits. It includes: • Learning how to mix medications correctly • Giving the very first injection • Staying on schedule with multiple medications • Managing late-night trigger shots • Understanding medication side effects • Preparing for egg retrieval • Preparing for embryo transfer • Navigating pregnancy after infertility • Coping with fear, anxiety, and uncertainty These moments often happen at home, when patients no longer have immediate access to their clinical team. BrightOak helps provide professional nursing support during those moments.

Challenges Fertility Clinics Face

Today's fertility clinics provide extraordinary care while balancing growing patient volumes and increasing demand. As practices continue to expand, nursing teams are asked to manage a wide range of responsibilities, including: • Patient education • Medication teaching • Appointment coordination • Procedure preparation • Phone calls and portal messages • Insurance coordination • Laboratory communication • Clinical documentation • Emotional support Adding home visits or extensive injection support is often not practical within existing staffing models. BrightOak helps extend the care your team already provides without changing your clinical workflow.

Challenges Patients Face

Even after receiving detailed instructions, many patients experience: Injection Anxiety Many patients have never given an injection before. Some have needle phobias. Others worry about hurting themselves or their partner. Professional nursing support can help increase confidence and reduce stress. Medication Overload Patients may be managing multiple medications with different schedules, dosages, and administration techniques. Having access to a fertility-trained nurse helps reinforce education and answer questions within the scope of the treatment plan. Emotional Stress Fertility treatment is more than a medical process. It often includes hope, disappointment, fear, waiting, loss, and uncertainty. Compassionate nursing support can make patients feel less alone during these moments. Time-Sensitive Treatments Certain medications—such as trigger shots—must be administered at precise times. Patients often feel significant pressure to ensure these injections are completed correctly. BrightOak provides professional support to help patients feel confident with these important milestones.

How BrightOak Bridges the Gap

BrightOak is designed to complement—not replace—the care provided by fertility clinics. Our role is to support patients outside the clinic while ensuring that all medical decisions remain with the treating provider. BrightOak provides: • In-home fertility injection support • Medication education • Virtual nursing education • Appointment reminders • Patient encouragement • Care navigation • Ongoing communication • Coordination with the clinic when appropriate By extending care into the patient's home, BrightOak helps create a more supported and connected fertility experience. BrightOak does not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medications, or alter treatment plans. Those responsibilities remain with the treating fertility clinic. Instead, BrightOak serves as a trusted extension of your care team by providing professional nursing support, education, and coordination that helps patients carry out their provider's plan with greater confidence. The BrightOak Difference: Many companies offer individual services. BrightOak offers continuity. We are committed to building relationships—not simply completing appointments. Every patient interaction is an opportunity to reinforce education, reduce anxiety, and help patients feel supported throughout their fertility journey.

Chapter 3

Why Clinics Partner with BrightOak

An Extension of Your Care Team

BrightOak was built to support—not replace—the exceptional care your clinic already provides. Our role is simple: to extend your care beyond the clinic by providing professional fertility nursing support, medication education, and patient guidance in the home and through virtual services. We work alongside your providers, nurses, and coordinators so patients feel supported throughout every stage of treatment. What Makes BrightOak Different: Unlike traditional home health agencies or general nursing services, BrightOak focuses specifically on fertility patients. Our nurses understand the unique challenges of fertility treatment, including injectable fertility medications, intramuscular progesterone (PIO) injections, trigger shots, medication timing, IVF/IUI/FET cycles, egg retrieval preparation, embryo transfer preparation, and pregnancy after infertility.

Why Clinics Choose BrightOak

We Reduce Administrative Burden Your staff already manages phone calls, portal messages, medication education, patient questions, scheduling, procedure preparation, documentation, and clinical coordination. BrightOak takes ownership of the operational tasks surrounding in-home fertility nursing support so your team can remain focused on clinical care. We Improve the Patient Experience Patients often feel overwhelmed once they leave the clinic. BrightOak provides professional in-home support, medication confidence, injection education, flexible scheduling, ongoing encouragement, and a trusted point of contact for nursing support within our scope. We Help Protect Your Nursing Team's Time Instead of your nurses coordinating home injection visits or spending additional time addressing routine injection concerns, BrightOak can provide those services while your clinical team continues focusing on patient treatment and medical decision-making. We Make Partnerships Easy Partnering with BrightOak should never create additional work for your team. There is no new software to learn, no scheduling responsibilities, no nurse staffing responsibilities, no administrative reporting requirements, and no complicated onboarding process. BrightOak manages the operational details.

How BrightOak Fits Into Your Workflow

One of our core goals is to integrate into your existing workflow—not change it. Your Current Workflow: Patient appointment → Treatment plan → Medication instructions → Patient goes home With BrightOak: Patient appointment → Treatment plan → Medication instructions → Patient is introduced to BrightOak → BrightOak coordinates services → Patient receives professional support at home → Patient continues treatment with greater confidence Your clinical workflow remains unchanged. What BrightOak Does: In-home fertility injection support, fertility medication education, injection demonstrations, trigger shot support, PIO injection support, virtual education appointments, care navigation, follow-up communication, appointment reminders, and patient education resources. What BrightOak Does Not Do: Diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medications, modify treatment plans, interpret laboratory results, make clinical decisions, or replace provider recommendations. All medical care remains under the direction of the patient's fertility clinic.

Benefits for Every Member of Your Team

Physicians • Greater confidence that patients have additional support between visits • Improved continuity of care • Enhanced patient experience Nurses • Less time coordinating injection assistance • Additional patient support outside clinic hours • Reinforcement of medication education • Reduced routine injection-related questions Coordinators • Simple referral process • Fewer logistical concerns • A trusted resource for patients needing additional support Practice Administrators • Flexible partnership options • No required software implementation • Scalable support as patient volume grows • Reporting available when requested • Opportunity to enhance patient services without expanding internal staffing The BrightOak Commitment: 1. Make Life Easier for Clinics — We remove work, we don't add it. 2. Deliver Exceptional Patient Care — Every patient deserves compassionate, knowledgeable, professional support. 3. Build Long-Term Partnerships — We believe successful partnerships are built on trust, communication, and shared commitment to outstanding patient care.

Chapter 4

Our Services

Supporting Patients Beyond the Clinic

At BrightOak, we believe exceptional fertility care doesn't end when a patient leaves the clinic. Many of the most challenging moments of fertility treatment happen at home—when patients are giving injections, preparing medications, waiting for important milestones, or navigating the emotional ups and downs of treatment. Our services are designed to complement your clinical care by providing professional nursing support, education, and guidance outside the clinic while keeping your providers at the center of all medical decision-making.

Fertility Injection Support

BrightOak provides in-home fertility injection support performed by experienced registered nurses. Our nurses help patients feel confident and supported while administering provider-prescribed medications according to the clinic's treatment plan. Services include: First fertility injections, daily injectable medications, intramuscular progesterone (PIO), trigger shot administration, subcutaneous injections, medication mixing assistance (when applicable), and injection technique education. Benefits for Patients: Increased confidence, reduced anxiety, professional guidance, personalized education, and the comfort of receiving care at home. Benefits for Clinics: Additional patient support, reduced requests for injection assistance, reinforcement of medication education, and improved patient experience.

First Injection Visits

For many fertility patients, the first injection is the most intimidating. BrightOak offers dedicated first injection appointments focused on education, confidence, and support. During these visits our nurses: • Review medications prescribed by the clinic • Demonstrate proper injection techniques • Answer nursing questions within our scope • Observe the patient's first injection (when appropriate) • Help build confidence for future injections Our goal is not simply to complete the injection—but to empower patients to feel prepared moving forward.

Trigger Shot Support

Trigger shots are one of the most time-sensitive steps in fertility treatment. BrightOak nurses provide timely support to help patients administer trigger medications according to the schedule established by their fertility clinic. Our team understands the importance of accurate timing and works closely with patients to ensure they feel prepared for this critical step.

PIO (Progesterone in Oil) Support

Intramuscular progesterone injections can be one of the most physically and emotionally challenging parts of fertility treatment. BrightOak nurses provide proper injection technique, site identification, comfort measures, education, encouragement, and ongoing support. Many patients continue PIO injections for several weeks, making continued nursing support especially valuable.

Medication Education

Medication instructions can feel overwhelming. BrightOak nurses reinforce the education already provided by the clinic by helping patients understand medication schedules, injection techniques, medication storage, administration tips, and general expectations related to medication administration. Questions outside our scope are referred back to the treating clinic.

Virtual Nurse Education

Not every patient requires an in-home visit. BrightOak also offers virtual education appointments that allow patients to receive guidance and support from the comfort of home. These appointments may include medication education, injection demonstrations using teaching aids, preparation for upcoming injections, and reinforcement of clinic instructions.

Fertility Care Navigation

Fertility treatment can be overwhelming. BrightOak helps patients navigate the practical aspects of treatment by providing educational resources, appointment preparation, medication organization tips, support throughout treatment, and guidance to appropriate community resources. All medical questions remain with the treating clinic.

Pregnancy After Fertility

For many patients, achieving pregnancy does not eliminate anxiety. BrightOak continues supporting patients through early pregnancy by providing continued injection support (when prescribed), education, encouragement, and connection to appropriate resources.

Patient Education Resources & Community

Every BrightOak patient has access to educational resources designed to reinforce information provided by their fertility clinic. Topics may include injection guides, medication education, egg retrieval preparation, embryo transfer preparation, recovery information, pregnancy after infertility, emotional wellness, and frequently asked questions. BrightOak also believes patients benefit from connection as well as education. Our community initiatives may include educational events, fertility support resources, community connections, pregnancy resources, and postpartum resources.

Future Services

As BrightOak continues to grow, our goal is to expand patient support through additional services such as expanded care navigation, additional educational programming, virtual workshops, community partnerships, wellness resources, and specialized nursing services. We are committed to continually evolving to meet the changing needs of fertility patients and the clinics we serve.

Chapter 5

How a BrightOak Partnership Works

Simple for Your Team. Exceptional for Your Patients.

At BrightOak, we believe partnerships should simplify your workflow—not complicate it. That's why our partnership model is designed to fit seamlessly into the way your clinic already operates. There is no new software to learn, no additional scheduling responsibilities, and no extra administrative burden placed on your team. Your providers continue providing exceptional medical care while BrightOak extends that care beyond the clinic through professional fertility nursing support. From referral to follow-up, BrightOak manages the operational details so your staff can remain focused on caring for patients.

How the Partnership Works

Step 1: Introduce BrightOak When a patient could benefit from additional fertility nursing support, simply introduce BrightOak as a trusted extension of your care team. This can be as simple as handing the patient a referral card, providing a QR code, sending the patient a referral link, or mentioning BrightOak during a visit. There is no paperwork required for most partnerships. Step 2: The Patient Contacts BrightOak The patient schedules directly with BrightOak using the referral method provided by your clinic. Patients can schedule through the BrightOak App, the BrightOak website, QR Code, phone, or email. If your clinic prefers, BrightOak can also accept referrals directly from clinic staff. Step 3: BrightOak Coordinates Everything Once the referral is received, BrightOak manages the entire scheduling process. This includes contacting the patient, confirming services needed, scheduling the appointment, matching the patient with an available fertility-trained registered nurse, sending appointment reminders, and providing appointment instructions. The clinic does not need to coordinate scheduling. Step 4: A Fertility-Trained Registered Nurse Provides Care The assigned BrightOak nurse visits the patient at the scheduled location or connects virtually when appropriate. During the visit, the nurse may provide fertility injections, trigger shot support, PIO injections, medication education, injection technique education, and general nursing support within scope. All care follows the treatment plan established by the patient's fertility clinic. Step 5: Documentation After the appointment, BrightOak documents the visit. Depending on the partnership preferences established with your clinic, documentation may be shared after every visit, shared upon request, or maintained within BrightOak records. Step 6: Ongoing Patient Support Many patients require support throughout multiple stages of treatment. BrightOak remains available for future services such as additional injections, medication education, trigger shots, PIO support, virtual education, and pregnancy after fertility support.

A Typical Patient Journey

Clinic Appointment → Treatment Plan Created → Patient Introduced to BrightOak → Patient Schedules with BrightOak → BrightOak Coordinates Appointment → Nurse Provides Care → Documentation Completed → Patient Continues Treatment → Additional Support as Needed

What the Clinic Does

The clinic's role is intentionally simple. Continue providing exceptional fertility care. When appropriate: introduce BrightOak, share referral materials, and continue directing the patient's medical care. That's it. BrightOak manages the rest.

What BrightOak Does

BrightOak manages every operational aspect of the partnership, including: patient scheduling, nurse assignments, appointment reminders, patient communication, customer support, billing, documentation, quality assurance, nurse coordination, patient education, follow-up support, and reporting (when requested).

Flexible Billing Options

Every clinic has different preferences, so BrightOak offers flexible billing models. Patient Pays BrightOak: Patients schedule and pay BrightOak directly. The clinic has no billing responsibilities. Clinic Partner Pricing: BrightOak invoices the clinic using agreed-upon partner pricing. The clinic may choose to include services in treatment packages, bill patients separately, offer services as a concierge benefit, or cover the cost as part of the patient experience. Custom Billing Agreement: For clinics with unique operational needs, BrightOak can develop a customized billing arrangement. Our Commitment to Your Clinic: 1. We Keep It Simple — We integrate into your workflow rather than asking you to change it. 2. We Support Your Patients — Every interaction is focused on providing compassionate, professional care. 3. We Protect Your Team's Time — Our goal is to reduce administrative burden so your staff can focus on clinical care. 4. We Build Long-Term Relationships — We view every partnership as a long-term collaboration centered on improving the patient experience.

Regardless of which partnership you choose, one thing remains the same: BrightOak manages the operational work so your team can remain focused on patient care.

Can patients schedule multiple visits? Yes. Who pays for services? Patients pay BrightOak directly. Can we move to another partnership level later? Yes, many clinics begin as Referral Partners and choose to expand over time.

Full Partnership — Extend Your Patient Experience Beyond the Clinic

Full Partnership allows a fertility clinic to make BrightOak’s in-home injection support part of the patient experience instead of simply referring patients to BrightOak as an outside resource. The clinic controls how the service is offered and what it charges its patients. BrightOak provides the in-home injection-support service at a predetermined flat partner rate per completed visit. Best For: Practices that want to offer in-home injection support as part of their patient experience, control patient pricing, incorporate support into treatment or concierge packages, and have a dedicated BrightOak partnership contact. You focus on their treatment. We’ll help support what happens after they leave your clinic. Clinic Benefits: • You Set Your Own Patient Pricing: Your clinic determines what it wants to charge patients for BrightOak injection support. BrightOak charges the clinic a predetermined flat partner rate for each completed visit. • Create an Additional Revenue Opportunity: Clinics may price the service above their BrightOak partner rate or incorporate injection support into treatment, concierge, IVF-cycle, or premium patient packages. • Expand Your Patient Services Without Building an In-Home Nursing Program: Give patients access to professional in-home injection support without the clinic needing to recruit, schedule, and manage an additional in-home nursing team. • Take Injection Coordination Off Your Team’s Plate: BrightOak coordinates the injection-support visit and nurse coverage so the clinic does not have to manage the logistics of sending a nurse to the patient’s home. • Keep the Experience Connected to Your Clinic: Instead of handing patients an outside resource and asking them to figure out the next step themselves, the clinic can offer BrightOak injection support as part of its patient experience. • Offer a Solution When Patients Need Help: When a patient says “I don’t have anyone who can give me this injection,” the clinic has an additional support option it can offer. Patient Benefits: • Convenient in-home fertility injection support from a registered nurse • Less need to travel back to the clinic solely for injection assistance • Support when a spouse, partner, friend, or family member cannot administer an injection • An additional layer of support during stressful treatment days • Access to injection support through a service offered by their fertility clinic • A more seamless transition from clinic care to at-home treatment Full Partnership Workflow: 1. Clinic Offers BrightOak: The clinic offers in-home injection support to an appropriate patient. 2. Clinic Sets the Patient Price: The clinic determines what it charges the patient or incorporates the service into an existing patient package. 3. Injection Support Is Requested: The clinic uses its dedicated BrightOak workflow/link to initiate the request. 4. BrightOak Coordinates the Visit: BrightOak manages nurse coordination and visit logistics. 5. BrightOak RN Provides the Visit: A BrightOak registered nurse provides the requested in-home fertility injection support according to the applicable clinic/provider orders and BrightOak policies. 6. Clinic Is Billed the Partner Rate: BrightOak charges the clinic the predetermined flat partner rate for the completed visit. Pricing — Your Patients. Your Pricing. One Flat BrightOak Partner Rate. • Clinic determines patient price: The clinic decides what it wants to charge the patient for the service. • BrightOak partner rate: BrightOak charges the clinic its agreed flat partner rate for each completed visit. • Clinic controls the difference: If the clinic charges more than its BrightOak partner rate, the difference remains with the clinic. The clinic may also choose to bundle the service into a larger treatment or concierge package. What’s Included: Dedicated BrightOak Account Manager, Dedicated Clinic Contact, Dedicated Clinic Workflow/Link, Clinic-Specific QR Code, Co-Branded Patient Materials, Referral Cards, Digital Referral Links, Referral Tracking, Appointment Summaries, Custom Patient Education Resources, Priority Support from BrightOak, Visit Documentation (based on clinic preference), Priority Scheduling (when available), Preferred Nurse Assignment (when possible), Expanded Education Resources, Early Access to New Services, Event & Webinar Invitations, Quarterly Relationship Check-ins, and Ongoing Partnership Support. Dedicated Account Manager: Every Full Partnership clinic is assigned a BrightOak Account Manager who serves as the primary point of contact for partnership support, answering questions, providing updated marketing materials, reviewing partnership performance, assisting with referrals, and coordinating special requests. Referral Tracking: BrightOak automatically tracks referrals originating from your clinic. Reports may include number of patients referred, services provided, appointment completion rates, patient satisfaction, and most frequently requested services. Documentation: Every clinic has different documentation preferences. Options include documentation after every visit, documentation upon request, or no routine documentation. Preferences can be updated at any time. Co-Branded Marketing: Full Partnership clinics receive professionally designed marketing materials customized for their practice, including referral cards, patient brochures, QR codes, waiting room flyers, digital graphics, website copy, and email templates. FAQ: Do we need to schedule appointments? No, BrightOak coordinates the visit. Can we choose what to charge patients? Yes, the clinic sets the patient price. Can we bundle BrightOak services into our treatment packages? Yes. Can we customize our referral materials? Yes. What if our needs change? Your partnership can grow with your practice.

Billing Options & Partner Pricing

Flexible Billing Designed Around Your Practice

Every fertility clinic operates differently. Some practices prefer patients to pay BrightOak directly. Others prefer to include additional services within treatment packages or bill patients separately. Rather than requiring every clinic to follow the same financial model, BrightOak offers flexible billing options that allow your practice to choose the solution that best fits your workflow, business model, and patient experience.

Billing Option 1: Patient Pays BrightOak

This is the simplest and most common billing model. After being referred by your clinic, the patient schedules directly with BrightOak and pays BrightOak for the services they receive. How It Works: Clinic introduces BrightOak → Patient schedules appointment → BrightOak confirms appointment → BrightOak assigns nurse → Nurse provides service → Patient pays BrightOak → BrightOak manages follow-up. Benefits for Your Clinic: No financial responsibility, no invoicing, no billing administration, no scheduling, no staffing, no additional software, and patients receive professional support. Best For: Referral Partners, clinics wanting the simplest workflow, and practices wanting to offer additional patient support without financial commitment.

Billing Option 2: Clinic Partner Pricing

Clinic Partner Pricing provides additional flexibility for practices wanting greater control over how BrightOak services are incorporated into the patient experience. BrightOak invoices the clinic using agreed-upon partner pricing. Your Clinic May Choose To: Include BrightOak services within treatment packages, offer services as an optional patient service, bill patients separately, include services within concierge programs, or provide services as an added patient benefit. Example Partner Pricing (Illustrative only): • Standard Injection Visit: $125 • After-Hours Injection: $175 • Trigger Shot Support: $225 • Medication Education Visit: $100 • Virtual Education Appointment: $60 • Weekend/Holiday Visits: Custom • Extended Travel: Custom Example Financial Scenario (for illustration only): BrightOak Partner Price: $125 → Example Clinic Charge: $175 → Illustrative Difference: $50. This example does not account for any clinic expenses or overhead and is not intended to represent guaranteed revenue or profit.

Billing Option 3: Customized Financial Agreement

Some organizations require a unique billing structure. BrightOak can develop customized agreements based on patient volume, number of locations, requested services, existing workflows, and practice preferences. This allows larger organizations or concierge practices to develop a partnership model that aligns with their operational goals. What BrightOak Handles: Regardless of the billing model selected, BrightOak continues managing patient scheduling, nurse assignments, appointment reminders, patient communication, customer support, billing administration, documentation, follow-up, and quality assurance. The billing model changes who receives the invoice—not who manages the service. Transparent Pricing: BrightOak believes in clear, transparent pricing. Partner pricing is discussed before services begin and is outlined within each clinic's partnership agreement. There are no hidden fees or unexpected charges. If pricing changes are ever necessary, BrightOak will communicate those updates in advance. FAQ: Can we change our billing model later? Yes. Can we use different billing models for different services? Yes. Do patients always know they are working with BrightOak? Yes, BrightOak is committed to transparency. Can we request customized pricing? Absolutely. Are there setup fees? No standard setup fee is required.

Chapter 8

Why Partner with BrightOak

More Than a Service—A Trusted Extension of Your Care Team

At BrightOak, we understand that fertility treatment is about more than medications and procedures. It's about helping patients feel supported, confident, and cared for throughout one of the most emotional journeys of their lives. Our partnerships are designed to strengthen the exceptional care your clinic already provides—not replace it. When your patients leave your office, BrightOak helps continue that experience by providing compassionate fertility nursing support in the comfort of their home.

The BrightOak Difference

There are many healthcare companies that provide services. BrightOak was built specifically for fertility patients. Everything we do—from our nurses to our educational resources—is designed around the unique needs of individuals and families navigating fertility treatment. We understand that this journey isn't just clinical. It's deeply personal. We Don't Replace Your Team: One of the biggest misconceptions about BrightOak is that we replace clinic nurses. We don't. Your physicians, nurses, coordinators, and clinical staff remain at the center of every patient's care. BrightOak simply extends that care beyond the clinic. We Don't Create More Work: Healthcare professionals already manage countless responsibilities every day. That's why BrightOak was intentionally designed to remove work instead of adding it. Your team does not need to learn new software, schedule appointments, coordinate nurses, process payments, manage billing, track referrals manually, or provide ongoing appointment reminders. We Help Patients Feel Confident: Many fertility patients leave their appointments excited—but also overwhelmed. BrightOak helps answer those questions by providing professional nursing support, education, and reassurance within the scope of our services. We Help Reduce Stress: The fertility journey can be emotionally exhausting. While BrightOak cannot remove the challenges of infertility, we can help reduce some of the stress that comes with managing treatment at home. We Help Support Your Nursing Team: By providing professional home-based fertility nursing support, BrightOak helps reinforce the education already provided by your team while extending that support beyond clinic hours.

Our Commitment to Quality

BrightOak is committed to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and patient care. Our commitment includes professional registered nurses, fertility-focused education, compassionate patient interactions, respect for clinic treatment plans, clear communication, and ongoing quality improvement. Every patient interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. The BrightOak Promise: When your clinic partners with BrightOak, you can expect professional fertility-trained registered nurses, compassionate patient support, simple referral processes, flexible partnership options, transparent communication, reliable scheduling, high-quality patient education, respect for your clinic's workflow, and a partnership designed to make your job easier—not harder.

A Message From Our Founder

"BrightOak was never created to compete with fertility clinics. It was created because I saw firsthand that patients often need someone after they leave the office. As both a Registered Nurse and someone who has personally experienced infertility, I understand how overwhelming this journey can be. My hope is that every partnership we build allows more patients to feel cared for, encouraged, and supported during one of the most important seasons of their lives. We are honored to serve alongside your team." — Britani Dickinson, RN, Founder, BrightOak

Full Partnership offers a flat partner rate per completed visit with flexible patient pricing controlled by the clinic. Are we required to sign a long-term contract? Partnership agreements are discussed during onboarding. Our goal is to build long-term relationships through excellent service—not complicated contracts.
